The I.C.T-U1 UV Curing Oven is designed for rapid and uniform curing of adhesives, inks, coatings, and photo-sensitive materials in SMT PCB production lines. The non-stick Teflon conveyor, combined with stepper motor control, ensures stable and smooth transport of boards. UV lamps deliver high-intensity energy, optimized by reflective panels, and can be independently adjusted for height. The oven supports a range of PCB sizes, maintains precise temperature, and includes a cooling zone to protect components after curing. The UV lamps provide high-intensity, rapid-curing energy across multiple zones. Each lamp can be independently controlled for height and exposure time. Reflective surfaces improve energy utilization while minimizing power consumption. Safety features include over-temperature protection, abnormal lamp detection, and integrated alarms. The system ensures uniform curing for adhesives, coatings, and inks while protecting delicate PCB components. Vertical height and spacing accommodate boards up to ±100 mm in height and 500 mm in width.
